I am excited to be taking part in the 2026 Hawaiian Ride for Youth as a first-time rider.
When I learned about the Ride and the work of Youth Focus, it struck me as a powerful way to combine physical activity, community and a cause that truly matters. There is something fitting about supporting mental health by getting out there, being active and challenging oneself alongside others, looking after both body and mind.
