For me, the Ride for Youth is more than a cycling event — it’s a powerful reminder of what really matters: connection, courage, and community. Every year, I’m reminded that behind every young person we meet on this journey, there’s a story that deserves to be heard and a future worth fighting for.

As a business coach, I spend my days helping people overcome challenges, build confidence, and rediscover purpose. But on the bike, I’m reminded that growth and resilience aren’t just business concepts — they’re deeply human. Training through early mornings and long rides keeps me grounded and grateful. It’s a humbling way to honour the strength it takes for young people to speak up and ask for help.

This will be my 2nd year riding in the Hawaiian Ride for Youth, and each time I’m struck by the same truth: when we ride together with open hearts, we make a real difference. Every kilometre is a message of hope — for our youth, for their families, and for every person who believes that no one should face life’s toughest battles alone.

If you or someone you know would like to support the Ride for Youth and gain some guidance for your business strategy at the same time, I’d be delighted to offer a strategy call in exchange for a donation to this cause.
