I'm Hoppy, a proud Kiwi now based in Melbourne, and I’ve spent over two decades in hospitality leadership across Australia and New Zealand. I’m currently the General Manager of Hospitality at Delaware North, where I lead operations at Marvel Stadium—working with an incredible team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
But the work I’m most proud of is what I do outside the stadium. In 2003, I helped co-found the Hawaiian Ride for Youth and served as its inaugural Event Director. Now in my 18th year of involvement with Youth Focus and this Ride, I’ve ridden, supported, and directed this incredible event that raises awareness and vital funds for young Australians facing mental health challenges. It’s a cause that means the world to me, and one that continues to inspire me every year. I am so excited to be part of the Budget Team for the 2026 ride....
I’m also a very proud grandfather to Sunny and Lylah—and they remind me every day why this work matters.
