Hi everyone!
After completing my first Hawaiian Ride for Youth in 2025 - one of the most uplifting and meaningful experiences of my life - I’m back in 2026 and so grateful for the chance to take part again.
Last year’s ride was special in so many ways. Sharing the journey with my mum and dad was something I’ll never forget, and being greeted at the finish line by my beautiful family was incredibly emotional - a moment full of love and pride that will stay with me forever. Being part of the riding community was also deeply inspiring. The support and shared purpose among everyone involved made a lasting impact on me.
This year, I’ll be riding again with my parents, and I’ve also encouraged a close friend and cousin to join us. It’s a privilege to take on this challenge together and to continue supporting the incredible work of Youth Focus.
As a mum of two, this cause remains close to my heart. I’m driven by a strong belief that all young people deserve the right support, care and opportunities to thrive. Through my work in the not-for-profit sector, I’ve seen just how powerful early intervention and accessible mental health support can be.
