I’m so excited to once again be taking part in the 2026 ride in support of Youth Focus — an organisation that does incredible work promoting mental health awareness and providing vital services to young people across both metro and regional areas.
The ride is about starting conversations, checking in on one another, and raising awareness around mental health and suicide prevention. Along the way, I’ve met some remarkable people and formed amazing friendships that remind me why this journey is so meaningful.
