2026 will be my 7th year riding in the Hawaiian Ride for Youth. I've been lucky enough to share this experience with my family and friends that I've met along the way. Everyone has a story around mental health whether it be themselves or someone close to them. Reducing the stigma and opening up the conversations between each other and professionals has taken a huge step over the last few years which is fantastic to see. Keeping up this message and spreading it further from our major cities into the regions to show everyone that it's ok to reach out and find people that can help us.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the ride. This ride is an incredible event that we are lucky enough to be apart of, spreading a powerful message from a fantastic organisation.
