It is appalling that suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians aged 15-24. The statistics show a troubling rise in mental health challenges more generally among young people. As a father of two, I see first-hand the pressures facing this generation, and I'm determined to help make a difference.
I'm grateful for organisations like Youth Focus, which provide free mental health services and programs to young people across WA - including rural communities where support is often scarce.
