Welsh born and bred.
Moved to Australia from Ebbw Vale in the Welsh valley's in November 2023
Engaged to Kate and the proud father of 2 boys, Ioan & Caian.
Qualified at Cardiff Met University as a social worker.
Currently working at UWA in student well-being.
Love all sports (other than AFL sorry)
Completed several triathlons including Ironman Wales in 2022.
Love cycling as it gives my legs the burn that I missed after retiring from (proper) football many years ago.
Truly honoured to be part of this amazing event for such a worthy cause.
Despite the long hours in the saddle every week covering hundreds of km's I'm absolutely loving the experience of training, along with the laughs and camaraderie of training for HRFY and making lifelong friends along the way.
Couldn't have wished for a better team than the incredible one that I'm representing for Youth Focus which is made up of Natalie (Capt) Amber, Una, Graham and myself.
