Welsh born and bred.
Moved to Australia from Ebbw Vale in the Welsh valley's in November 2023
Engaged to Kate and the proud father of 2 boys, Ioan & Caian.
Qualified at Cardiff Met University as a social worker.
Currently working at UWA in student well-being.
Love all sports (other than AFL sorry)
Completed several triathlons including Ironman Wales in 2022 which was one of my proudest achievements, especially considering several major knee operations.
Love cycling as it gives my legs the burn that I missed after retiring from (proper) football many years ago.
Loving the experience of training, along with the laughs and camaraderie of training for HRFY.
Couldn't have wished for a better team than the one I'm representing of Youth Focus.
