I’m a dedicated husband and father of two young children, passionate about fostering mental health and well-being in my community. Through my involvement with the Fathering Project at my children's primary school, I actively engage in initiatives that support fathers in building strong, positive relationships with their kids.
This will be my third time participating in this incredible charity ride, an event that means a lot to me. Each year, I ride to raise awareness and funds to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. My goal is to encourage open and honest conversations, ensuring that individuals have the support and tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.
