WAPHAs primary objective is to improve health outcomes and patient experiences through the commissioning of appropriate services where they are most needed. As part of the Australian Governments Primary Health Network initiative, the WA Primary Health Alliance operates across the state, improving access to health care closer to home for those at risk of poor health outcomes.
