The Ride for Youth for me is a combination of a lot of the things that I value - fitness, the outdoors, camaraderie with like-minded people, and supporting an incredibly important cause that is very close to my heart. Being a father and supporting friends and family who have had a range of lived experience with mental health issues, I feel a real sense of purpose and duty to support this cause.

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this event again (this will be my second ride), and thoroughly looking forward to the ride week and doing my small bit for such an important cause.
