I have seen the amazing impact the Ride for Youth has through friends that have done it in the past, and I'm honoured and excited to be participating in the ride for the first time this year.
Mental health challenges are widespread, impacting so many people. The number of youths challenged by mental illness continues to increase. Participating in this ride and raising crucial funds for YouthFocus is my chance to give back, whilst doing something I love.
