Hi All!
Cycling, running and endurance sport has always been an important part of my life. For me personally, keeping fit and healthy is synonymous with maintaining and creating good habits around mental health. I have been fortunate enough to always have had a strong support network of friends, family and professionals. Unfortunately, not the same can be said about a lot of other young people in Western Australia. That's why I am taking part in this years Hawaiian Ride for Youth.
