This will be my 6th time participating in the Hawaiian Ride for Youth.
I will be completing the Coastal route this year, leaving from Albany and riding through Walpole, Pemberton, Busselton and Mandurah before arriving back in Perth 4.5 days later.
This year I'll be speaking to students at Pemberton District High School about mental health and the importance of accessing help when you're struggling. This is particularly special to me because I attended PDHS from kindy to year 7.
The Ride raises essential funds for Youth Focus who provides safe and accessible support for young people between 12 and 25 and engages with communities to educate and build awareness about youth mental health issues and suicide prevention.
I am proud to be taking part in the Ride once again, and thank all of those who support my fundraising.
