It would be nice to say that in the old days (when I was a kid) mental health was never a thing. But it was a thing, we just did not talk about it because of the stigma attached to it. Unfortunately, in the many years now since I was a kid I do not feel much has changed.
This is why Ride for Youth, and fundraising is so important - to support Youth Focus in our local communities.
