This year I will be be undertaking the 700km+ journey from Albany to Perth on my bike, raising funds for Youth Focus and furthering the efforts to de-stigmatize mental health. This will be my second time completing the HRFY, and look forward to continuing into the future.
Youth Focus is an important organisation for WA, supporting young Western Australians to get access to mental health services, it is an honour to be part of such a great event and to give back to an organisation and event that has been a part of my life since I can remember.
Any donation is much appreciated, funds raised by the Ride for Youth directly support Youth Focus in building brighter futures for young Western Australians and their families while creating stronger, more resilient future generations.
Each year, Youth Focus supports more than 12,000 young Western Australians with free and uncapped face-to-face counselling, assessment and education from offices, schools, outreach locations and headspace.
