I love everything about the ride its connection to community the engagement with young people in regional centres and sharing our stories to promote wellbeing. Importantly messages about support and having conversations to check in on each other and be more aware of mental health and suicide prevention. I have made some wonderful friends and met some amazing people through my ride journey and been empowered by the strength of others. I ride to continue these connections and feel this strengthens myself and my own family who have their own experiences and make this a continuing conversation among us.
