I personally only recently I've started the conversation about my own mental health with a psychologist and its been really eye opening for me, as i struggle with my ADHD, dyslexia and opening up to the ones closest to me due to trauma and trying to protect myself from being hurt again.
Each year i conduct a beer raffle to raise money for youth mental health, this year I've teamed up with a new brewery FOX FRIDAY (opening soon in Burswood) with 16 cartons to be won.
All tickets are donations soo tax deductible !!!
The rules- $25 for 1 ticket $60 for 3 tickets any amount over $100 for $10 per ticket

So please dig deep and start the conversation about mental health because we all have that little voice in our heads saying that we are not good enough. It’s so important that we end the stigma against talking about our own mental health so that we can all support our mates through their worst days.
