I'm a husband and father to 2 young children and am involved in the Fathering Project through their primary school. By engaging with my children, I hope to foster their mental health and wellbeing and assist them to develop the necessary tools to deal with stressful situations in their life. I hope to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by bringing the topic into focus with open and honest conversation.
