My first ride was in 2015 and this year will be my 8th ride.
I really enjoy the training and the comradery that extends from within the HR4Y community, but what I most enjoy is visiting schools along the ride and seeing that the message is getting to the people who need it. Listening to peoples lived experiences and seeing that prompt young people into asking questions and reaching out for help is wonderful to see.
