Well I am about to start my 8th HRFY campaign. I use that word because I feel it is totally appropriate. Over the next 7 months I will prepare myself to complete the 700 klm ride from Albany to Perth by training 3-4 times a week or more. I will build relationships with like minded people who I ride and train with. We will support each other running events all to raise much needed funds for YOUTH FOCUS and YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH.
Each year our ride raises over $2m and in 2022 an amazing $3m with the primary aim being to reduce the stigma of mental health and Youth Suicide. Each rider commits to raising $5000 plus contribute our own funds to cover the ride week expenses. So far I have raised in 7 rides close to $40,000 and therefore with this year should hit $45,000
