Hi, I'm Ayrton, and I'm a product development engineer, Managing Director of Element Engineering, husband and father of two girls and a passionate mountainbiker.

Mountainbiking is my passion. Road cycling used to be just something I did for fitness, for the weekends on the mountainbike.
But, road cycling has become a whole lot more than that for me.
Road cycling has become my mental health time, spent with amazing people, developing skills and fitness, as well as great banter to make sure I show up as the best version of myself, all the time.
I've heard amazing things about the Hawaiian Ride for Youth from cycling friends, and also about the amazing work Youth Focus is doing in our community.
With two young girls, 6 and 4 years old, I knew I had to be part of this years Hawaiian Ride for Youth, to help however I can.
The training is hard, but im looking forward to ride week.
