I am doing the Hawaiian ride for slightly selfish reasons looking to help build a routine and challenge in my own life. I am passionate about mental health advocacy and fueled by my own journey with mental health. I want to support the great work being done by Youth Focus to support those who need it most. Moving from the casual cafe cycles to the 700km from Albany to Perth is by far my biggest physical challenge.
